Easy. Take off your door and inside trim. Go to an automotive upholstery shop and tell them what you want. They can redo your old skins or they can use them for templates for new ones.
If you want your gage panel trimmed out in aluminum,Thats custom work. Ask around the detailing shops for leads in your area. I assume you know that the existing trim panel is plastic plated with chrome. Shop around for some brushed aluminum self adhesive (like the woodgrain). Save a few bucks and do it yourself. Just make sure you make a template for your work before you cut out the good stuff.
