1971 442 I might purchase??

1971 442 I might purchase??
I am considering trading for a couple of Cutlass's, one is a 1971 442 and the other is a 1972 with the 350.

I have several questions about the 442:

It is not a w-30, should it have red inner fenders? It has none right now.

Can someone decipher the body tag:
ST 71 34487 R01988 BDY
TR 932 49 49 PNT
7A130

Build date shows as 07 71

Engine is a 455 that has been bored out to .60 over, does that hurt value. I have been told the motor is original, and heads have a G on them. Could not get the number off the block.

I know very little about Olds, I am more of a mustang guy, but like the car, it needs quite a bit of restoration.

Any help or comments would be appreciated.

THANKS!!!

No red fenders.
OK on the engine. The numbers matching is the important part.
71=1971
44=442
87=holiday coupe(hardtop)
R=Arlington Texas
01988=production number
932=green(although I have this as a 1970 interior color code)
49 49=antique jade paint
7A130= 1st week of July I think not positve on that
