When I woke up my 1971 Cutlass Conv, I discovered that there was moisture damage under the valve cover & on the head. My plan is to pull the heads & attempt to have them rebuilt/remachined if poss. Anyone have a good shop in NY/Long Island area? If heads cannot be rebuilt any suggestions on a good head solution, aftermarket or otherwise.

If the motor looked like that on top it’s bound to be just as bad on the bottom end. I think I would be looking into a complete rebuild .
