1970 cutlass Radiator Core - Brace Patch

Are there patch panels for the 70 Cutlass radiator core at the prone to rust area above the bushings?

Nope. There USED to be patch panels for this area (I still have one) but no one sells them anymore.

swell. And with full repro assemblies out there, it is very likely that no one will make or sell a panel from the repro assembly...
