1970 cutlass post coupe

1970 cutlass post coupe

Can anyone tell me if ming jade green for a 70 cutlass post coupe is uncommon I can't find anything online thanks in advance.

They made , 1688 Sport Coupes, Compared to,14711 Holiday Coupes,and 2933, converts

My numbers, sorry are not correct. Those are 442 numbers not just Cutlass,. There were probably more Cutlass made than 442?

Olds made a total of 23,959 A-body Sport Coupes in the 1970 model year, About 11,000 were F85s, about the same for Cutlass S, and the rest were the 1688 442s. Sport Coupes were the loss-leader models. They were unpopular when new because everyone wanted hardtops. That doesn't necessarily make them "rare and valuable" now. Holiday Coupes look better. And before we get on the "lighter weight" claim, the difference between the Cutlass S Sport Coupe and Holiday Coupe for 1970 was 39 lbs according to NHRA stock class weights - 3555 lb vs 3594 lb. That's about 1.5% difference.

I honestly didn't know that I was told by an older guy that post cars were uncommon didn't know they made that little.

I got to looking and now im thinking i got a number wrong i think the original color may have been bamboo??

Yes, I was going to say that. RPO D99. Bamboo lower, Porcelain White upper. And trim code 947 is Ivory bench seat interior

Did ya notice the Y93 stripes? Car actually has a lot of options.
