1970-71 Oldsmobile production figures by color
No, I don't have that, but I have something that could be of interest to you.
Colors for GTOs have been known, although there's some discrepancies. Oldsmobile had about 90% of the same colors, so perhaps you can estimate some trends with the 4-4-2.
