1970 442 console lock assembly removal

1970 442 console lock assembly removal

How do I remove the assembly. I have the key tumbler out

If not answered in the next 2 hours I will look up at work and post a picture. I think I know but do t want to steer u wrong.

There is a phillips head screw on the inside of the console on the back of the lock. Remove this and the outer housing separates from the inner housing so you can remove the parts from the console.

Thanks guy's. I see the screw, thought that might be it. Didn't want to ruin it.
