Why can't we get someone to reproduce the elusive center cap for this steering wheel!!? It's not very complex and I know of at least a half dozen people (besides myself) that would be willing to spend a good chunk to get one because they are IMPOSSIBLE to find! I know it was a one year only cap but it appears that N34 was a very popular option in '69 so where are they??

 

When you get to several HUNDRED people willing to pay for a repro, THEN you'll get a manufacturer's attention. Half a dozen would need to be willing to pay thousands each for a repro to cover the tooling and development costs.

No. Contrary to the listing, that cap is for '68, NOT '69. There seem to be plenty of those around (in fact that's what's on my friend's '69 now!). The '69 cap has a clear plastic center with a woodgrain ring and Olds rocket in the middle.
