I have seen pics of the '69 Supreme with a second color from chrome trim down. I would like to learn details about that feature such as:
Was that a option.
what determined the lower color.
what colors were offered.

I kinda like it. Thinking of doing it to my car.

 

RPO D99 Finish, Two Tone Mirror-Magic. A $31.07 option in 1969 and frankly not uncommon in the 1960s. Olds even listed suggested color combinations.

Future project. Needs lot's of work but I couldn't resist. It's Twilight Blue with a white top and interior. It's only the third two tone 70 442 I've ever seen.
