1969 442windshield wipers

1969 442windshield wipers


Am I missing a part or how do these install?

The short rod has a keeper to hold it in place. You probably have to use your old one.

Should slide of old,on the new. Does your old one have one on it? May be missing.

i don't get how to install them and I cant find a diagram...

The wiper arm bases slip over the splined shafts on the cowl area. You need to ensure they are angled properly - I don't recall is there is an alignment spline or not. The springs are fairly strong and you will have to extend the lower section so it will align with the splined shafts. The small arm on the drivers side snaps onto the stud on the cowl.

The rubber blade refills are Trico 41-160. you ay have to do an online search as they are getting hard to find.

I don’t know. I’m the kind of person that figures out how to disassemble and reassemble things without a manual.
