1967 442 One Dollar
I just picked this up at the local grocery store. Maybe plenty of you already know about it. Pretty cool Hot Wheels car. Good casting. Even has the hood. Unlike their newer 70 442 casting. Thought I would put it out there for the 67 fans.

Good stuff guys !
No1oldsfan I'm and old timer . The ones you posted look great. When I used to buy them regularly they came in a small cardboard box with no see through panel similar to a sparkplug box. The store had them in a display case with numbers underneath, it looked kind of like a 100 CD wooden case with a glass front. Every time I got a new one it was awesome. Sometimes the model you saw was sold out, either you settled for another one or came back for your original pick.
I should of kept them, whish I still had them, but just like that baseball card collection..., long gone. I do have some larger scale models. My best friend who is also a car guy may still have his. He was more of a Hot Wheels guy.

This was given to me by a friend. I have no real idea where he got it.
It's a 1/64 scale die cast, 1969 442, made by High Speed.
My model collection is mostly 1/25 scale dealer promos and 1/25 scale kits.
I have 22 Oldsmobiles in my collection. Right now, I have 641 1/25 scale models on display in two rooms.

Rumor is on the Hot Wheels 70 442 is that they broke the original casting and retooled it. Too bad they didn't do a better job on the second casting. Looks like it has Cougar front fenders.

Ha Ha Ha. Right?? Too funny. Like The Prospector in Toy Story.
The 67 has been out in many colors already.
They also have a 68 out. Multiple colors as well. Even has the under bumper scoops.
Can't forget this one.

By the way 69CHSC. I remember getting Matchbox cars that way from the local Woolworth's. You can actually still buy them in those boxes today. Funny thing is Matchbox and Hot Wheels are owned by the same company now.

I grabbed a couple of my boxes just to see what all I still have. Yikes I need to get rid of stuff. I have had all this stuff probably 20+ years.
I forgot about how cool the Muscle Machine 70 442 was
There are other colors too including orange. Every color came with a blower or with a W-25 hood. I opened one of all of them. I will get more pictures.
