Does anyone know when Oldsmobile Parts Dept made the w30 OAI package available over the counter for customers/dealers etc? Was it immediately after the 54 w30 cars were built in early June 1966? Considering there were 99 numbered shrouds built, or was it later in the model year or even early 1967?
