1966 cutlass with 8 square buttons for the front buckets and rear seat. 4 buttons are different with long tabs ,remaining are short. Can anyone confirm if the long buttons are for the front as I suspect. Thankyou

My seats are at the shop, but I believe that the pins on all the buttons were the same length, ~1-3/4". My spares are all that length, too.
The only difference I noted was that the seat cushions, front & rear, had a 2-1/2" square cardboard "backing plate," while the seatbacks had only the metal retainers.
