I have a 1963 Starfire, I assume it has a cowl tag but I can't find it. The VIN is on the door post, I found that and it matches the title, but I have looked everywhere on the firewall and can't find a cowl tag. There is some undercoating type material, looks original, by the wiper motor & wire harness, could this be covering it.

Anyone come up with an idea where I should look for the cowl tag on my '63' Starfire?

My '63 Starfire has the Data tag on the pass side between the cowl air intake panel and behind the rubber strip......A strange place for it!.....Sam

Thanks. I just happened to spot mine yesterday, before reading your reply, right where you said.

I did get a service manual but it says it is located on the left or drivers side. Guess thats why I couldn't find it at first
