1955 rear spring shackles
Anybody know of a supplier for the shackles? Only ones I found they want $90 each...little pricey for 2 pcs. of flat stock, 4 holes and 2 bolts. I may be able to use mine but I would like to know where to get some if needed. Might be cheaper at the local machine shop....My name ain't Jay Leno!

Found Some
Found some from Fusick for $108 shipped for the pair with bushings. One of the few times they were actually cheaper than everywhere else.
Just waiting on the new springs, U bolts and bushings. Only thing I saved are the front shackle bolts, soaked up with PB Blaster and nuts came loose.
My exhaust pipes are UNDER the rear axle, because of the original fuel tank, will be interesting to see how much the new springs will raise the back end. May need to get one of those $420 '56 tanks or make a trip to the exhaust shop and have them fixed up.
