There are quite a few good parts left on that rig. That sun visor is a hard to find item and worth quite a few bucks to someone who needs one..... Tedd

That looks like a rebuildable car. Put a 455 in it and it would be a heck of a streetrod. It is not a coupe though. I always called them slantbacks but don't remember the proper term. I bet Tedd does.

talked to the owner today he says all the parts minus the motor and trans are all there its a model 76 came with a six cylinder originally asking 3000 what do you guys think?i have no idea about the value of these older cars .would be a cool car with a 455 turbo 400 tranny .the current rear i believe he said was 4:56 gears that would need to changed out .

Agreed, that would make a nice street rod and should be kept Olds powered. Would be neat with a 455. I love the GM styling from that era and the torpedo bodystyle Olds is one of the best looking they had a great grill and trim.

I really like the 49/50 Club Sedans. It seems like they're getting more popular all the time. Some concerns would be missing parts. I see the side window trim is missing. It would be very hard to find. If he has all the parts, trim sheet metal, interior, Bumpers, grille bars, taillights and fins etc. and its all nice it may be worth 3k. If anything is missing the price should go down. These parts are getting harder to find in good condition and prices are going up. Nice bumpers and grille bars could set you back $1500.00 or more.

It may have been changed but I am pretty sure it did not come from the factory with 456 gears. They are probably closer to 336 or 355.

The trim parts on a 50 88 would also fit if you could find a another parts car that could be a winner... Tedd
