Am really hoping the weather is good for this one, and u-haul retains my trailer reservation!
Always a great turnout and one of the last all Olds shows for the year.

And hope to see the Trac Pac in person finally !
! If you need hotel recommendations, let us know also.
I was planning on attending. Since I grew up 15 minutes away in Unionville, it would make for a good excuse to take the kids up to see Grandma.
However, thanks to the government shutdown, 3/4 of my shop has been laid off and the very few of us left have to take up the slack and work 12 on, 12 off, providing 24/7 coverage with no days off until this thing ends.

! Hopefully will be over by our show and you'll be able to come up.What does your shop do?
Probably not going to make it out this year. Just got the Alero running right, but too many other things in the way right now
The Delta really isn't show worthy right now, maybe after paint

Should I Attend This Year?
So... I was at the show two years ago with my wife and two kids. My freshly rebuilt 425 engine happened to develop a nasty knock. Now things are running fine with my new 455 (Thanks to: Brian Trick).
My question is, should I take the chance and cruise to Downington, PA again for the show? After all, it is only and 8 1/2 hour drive.
BTW, We had a great time in 2011 and the Fall weather was awesome!

One week to go !
!
I would say we had 35 cars. Turnout was down probably due to a forecast that had a chance of early showers. It turned out to be a dry cloudy day in the AM then by noon the sun was out strong. It was a little chilly. I had a jacket on most of the day. I did not get any pictures.
For once the weather forecast was right on unfortunately and the clouds and some rain in the area kept many away. We never had rain at the show and had beautiful blue skies and sun by mid day. We did end up with almost 40 cars and some real nice ones at that including Joe's 67 Trac Pac, an unrestored 70 W-31, four H/O's, a woodie wagon, a early 70's Hearse, a 39 and 49 custom rods, two 77 Starfires and several Cutlass's and 442's. Some pictures attached.
