1972 Cutlass horn problem

I joined here recently, and have been waiting for my car to arrive from WA (I'm in MA)...it finally arrived yesterday. I knew the horn didn't work, so that was one of the things I was researching while waiting, and one of the things I looked into today.

I checked one of the horns by going right to the battery and it works, so the next thing I did was take the horn button off and the contact ring out (1st pic). Based on a previous post I found, it seems that I am missing this springy thing (2nd pic). Are these readily available?

I am also curious about the orientation of mine vs the one in other post...the hole in mine is around 10 o'clock, compared to 3 o'clock in the other one (3rd pic). Is this an issue?

The 4th pic shows the firewall...am I correct that the horn relay is the one on the left, behind the air cleaner? What is the one on the right for?

Thanks for any help!

That spring assembly is available at the local parts store. I actually posted the part number a while back - let me see if I can locate that post.

edit: Here it is:

Thanks! Worked like a charm....once I got it in there. The original spring that came with the kit is somewhere in my garage after it launched itself to freedom...used a pen spring in its place.
