Id be willing to bet the turn signal switch, cam, and most other parts are the same up until the late 80s. As long as the column is a tilt without cornering lamps and other fancy stuff, the parts should be the same. Can you post a picture of the part your looking for?

Here's the part in question. As you can see the part of the cam above the turn signal switch is broken off. It makes for a sloppy turn signal, won't stay on in the left position, and feels like its going to break every time I use it.
Any help or input is appreciated...

Check with your local GM/Buick dealer - I have has success with them. As Matt says these columns had a long production run, and were used in many different models. The GM computer system will tell you which dealer in the country has one. Take a printout of the photo, as well as a copy of the CSM page showing the part.
BTW - I am not sure if the tilt column has a different switch than the regular.

If you find more than one please let me know.

Good luck, Peter

The turn signal switch is different between tilt and non tilt, only in the length of the wires. They will function the same. There is also a difference between cars equipped with cornering lamps.

This is what is needed. Not sure what if the RA item is the same. It looks like it may be the same but from the reverse side.

This is also at RA:
