consoles harness
What part of the wiring harnesses goes to The console..is there lights that go in the console? 71 442 ...can someone show me a picture of the wires that go to the console? I need your help

There are lights in a '71 automatic console - standard shifter or dual gate. There's a rear light and also the lighting under the gear selector lens. There are no lights in a 70-72 4 speed console.

Im in the muddle of wiring my 69 442 and I believe your wiring is very similar to mine. There are 2 harnesses for the console, the console harness and the console extension harness. The console ext harness runs from the main harness under dash to the console and the console harness plugs into that. Hope that helps, Rob
