76 Cutlass park lamp issue
Hey i hope some one can help with this issue. When you turn on the headlights I have no park lights,tail lights, or dash lights. Turn signals, and high beams work though. Check all fuses non where blown. I replaced the headlight switch, still no luck. I jump the wires from the headlight harness and park-lights and dash lights work with the jumper. I'm

Was everything working fine before? From what you're describing, it sounds like your new headlight switch may not be good. Pretty unlikely, but for some reason, your dash, tail lights, and parking lamps are not getting power when they should. I would check your grounds, bulbs, and the connectors and the headlight switch. Something could be loose.

well the original switch didn't seem that bad at all i have just returned from napa with yet another switch (there top of the line model) and still same issue. I'm rechecking the grounds. its weird when you jump the red to the brown wire on the harness they all light up just fine.
