This is for my 72 442. I'm installing the correct positive battery cable that has the small gauge wire that runs from the starter to the horn relay junction block. My assembly manual shows that this wire runs by itself and is not in any wire bundle. I want to know if the wire should run though one of the firewall clips that the engine wire harness uses. The manual is not clear about this.

 

on my 1971, I put it under the clips.
