i tore my carpet out and found a blue thin wire running from the dash with a while or clear connecter on it going to the trunk unhooked with no connecter? it ran on passinger side to the driver back seat any idea? it was unhooked un dash also but looked to be factory? could it be rear deforst?

I think possibly for a power truck unlock set up.
I had a 70 442 that had that wire for it.
