Wiper switch identification

68 Cutlass

how can I tell the difference between a 1993415 non-recessed park switch
and a 1993416 recessed park switch ? They look the same.
Don’t see any numbers or don’t know where to look.
Thanks, Matt

Matt, I'm not familiar with those actual switches, but typically GM stamps their switches, relays, etc. with the last 3 numbers (415 or 416) of the part number. I've got some kind of 68 GM A body wiper jumper harness on my desk in front of me. I thought the switches were the same but the harness was needed to use the different motors.

Thanks for the reply. Went over it with a magnifying glass.
The only markings I see are Delco Remy made in USA and an H molded in the plastic.
The metal portion only has D-R cast into it.
No numbers visible anywhere.

I have two switches, one came off my car, non-recessed park.
The other came from ’68 a Delmont. They look identical to my untrained eye.
Hoped maybe Joe Padavano could shed some light on this.
