Turn signal lever the problem?

My Rh blinkers front and back

To work. Some times I seen the green arrows, sometimes i don't . Once in a while I get a single blink to left but that's it. Any ideas?

Sounds like the turn signal switch. How about telling us the year, model, etc so we aren't guessing?

Sorry about that. 1969 Cutlass s cv. 2bbl. 3 speed.
I checked under the dash and seen the signal wiring. Does this lead to a circular switch mechanism near steering wheel?

The turn signal switch is in the steering column. You need to remove the steering wheel and lock plate to get to it. That process has been documented many times on this site.
