I'm looking to install a trunk light in my 72 Cutlass. What vehicles had the lever controlled trunk light that would fit? It does not have to be original. I'd rather have that type than the mercury switch. Or is there a place that sells them new?

I was thinking of doing this on my 71 at some point. I didn't realize there was any other type. So far, I've only found this, not sure which it is.

I got a nice repro from Fusick at a very fair price...

There is only one original type that I know of and its lever activated. Other universal types use the merc switch.

My sx has the electric wire with a i guess mercury swith. Which i have seen on many hard tops. My convertible has the lever which i see n mostly convertibles.
