Perhaps I was too wordy on my original post on this subject, so here it is again. Do the relays and voltage regulator need bare metal contact when they are mounted to the firewall? ( just repainted the firewall ) Thanks, Chumley

 

Chumley Yes just use the star type washers when mounting them .Some relays do & some don't .so it is always best.You can never have too many grounds, as the entire car is separated with rubber mounts
