Hi all wile standing at idle or driving I will ghost loose power for no apparent reason, some times it will be when using two or more of horn, turn signal, radio, gen light will come on. Everything will come back if I wait or simply turn car off and on. Alternator replaced with one wire points replaced not voltage regulator voltage is fine…. Do I replace agu s to painless blade fuse box? Anything maybe simpler ?

What year Cutlass? Does the engine turn off when this occurs? Can you force it at will to do this?

Symptoms of a weak charging system or a poor electrical connection. What is the battery voltage when this occurs?

Did this start subsequent to any repairs/upgrades like the one wire alternator?

Try wiggling wires near the bulkhead to see if you can reproduce the problem. Feel the wires while under high electrical load for hot spots particularly at connections. This can also be done with an infrared point and shoot thermometer. Look for burned connectors.
