As per CSM elec.schematic, yes, also a circuit breaker.
On my 65 98, relay is behind left kick panel. Breaker is on firewall between Master cylinder and hood hinge.
My 98 kept having intermittent trouble until I replaced both.
Replaced relay and breaker with a 40 amp modern one, just had to figure out how to rewire the new style relay.
