Power Window Problems - ‘75’ Cutlass

Good morning from Honolulu!-

Having power window problems. Both windows not functioning. Have power to the fuse block, 40 amp breaker is good. Turn on ignition and no power to either motor (2 dr.). I’m thinking it may be the relay? Did a forum search and nothing popped up. Does anyone know where the relay is located or what else I should be looking in to?

Aloha,

John

Check your grounds first. These old cars rely heavily on the ground to work. If you have corrosion, clean it and test again. I see you're in Hawaii. No lack of humidity or salt air there to cause grounding issues.

Going to pull the fuse block and clean the connectors. I found the power window relay, drivers kick panel. Windows work when I apply 12V direct. Going to see if I can replace the relay. And yes, humidity and salt air is bad here! Thank you!
