older model clock repair
#2
I recommend D&M Restoration, 57-B Creekside Park Court, Greenville, SC 29615, phone 800-722-0854 or 864-254-9989. They've done clock and tach repair for me. To me, their work and prices were good and very reasonable, respectively.

If it is a Borg clock you or about anyone with reasonable mechanical skills can install the quartz conversion kit available online. The kit runs about $100.00 if it is available for your particular model. Check Ebay maybe? I might be able to do it for you also.

Thanks for the info guys, that quarts conversion sounds like a good alternative,I remember how unreliable these early mechanical clocks can be.I already took the clock apart and can see a contact broken off, looks like a old voltage regulator contact, cant see where it broke off from but I suspect thats not my only problem.
