I'm looking to move my oil sender
And I have a oil filter relocation and
B&m cooler I was wondering if I can
Put my oil sender at the cooler and have
It read correctly

also does anybody know what the sender resistance values are for a 70 culass

This is one of those times when I would invest in a seperate gauge for the remote!

 

well i just want to clean up the engine bay and the 78 trans am sender is so ugly. i have a sender for a 70 cutlass for rock auto i like much better.

my oil filter housing has 1 -10 an fitting that run4 ft to a dual oil filter housing input then the after that it runs to the cooler and then back to the an fitting on the block

so if i put the sender before the filter will i get a correct reading???
