new radio install.

Hello, I am going to install an updated radio, using a crashed cars radio/heater control panel so I don't cut up the original in the car.
My question is does anyone still make the plug in harness in the car so I don't have to cut the cars wiring/connectors off. So if I put the oem am/fm back or the next owner wants to, it is just connect it back and go.
I had one for my '80's B body that I never used, car was totaled while parked by a day drinker But I can't seem to find it. I know murphy's law says I'll find it once I buy another. Such is life.
I was going to get one of the retro radios to not have to cut the dash, but once I found the radio/heater panel isn't part of the dash itself. I got another as I have 4 din high end Kenwood units on the shelf from back when I was young and dumb and would spend silly money on car audio.
Thanks for any sources. I tried google using key words. G.m. radio kits and didn't see any showing a plug in harness, just a mounting kit/faceplates. I suck at googling so I might not have used the correct/needed keywords.
off to best buy to see if by chance they have it. Sad all the local audio shops are gone. Back then I'd just cut the wire connectors off, trying to avoid that this time.
The car in question is a '75 cutlass salon.

Yes, it should be the "old" style plug, I believe, 3 individuals- power and lights, front speakers, and rear speakers

You'll probably have to tap an orange 12v constant for the memory at the lighter or courtesy light. The 2 pin included didn't show up until the early 80s.

Anyone have a clue on who makes the connector pigtail? or vendors that sell them.

They're available everywhere, including Walmart and Amazon.

You guys must live in areas that stock shelves better than here.
The one local custon audio shop, didn't have anything, they said they just cut the wires and butt connectors.
Best buy, none
Wallmart , none.
Target none.
Local to me junk yard not a one older g.m. car.
May hit the yard 40 miles from here that saves most older stuff till there is nothing left to part out and see if they have anything.

Have you looked at Crutchfield.com? Or online sellers such as ebay and Amazon?

Link to Crutchfield installation just need to input what brand radio is being installed:

I know I could maybe get itonline. but when I googled, it came up with the install kits for the face mount not the wiring if that makes sence.
I'll email Crutchfield See what they come up with. Or just do a junkyard crawl always a good way to spend a day.

What I would do is cut the wires 6" from the plug, add a pigtail or connect the new radio wires while retaining the old plug, and some shrink tubing. Then solder the connections and shrink the tubing. It would take less time than posting in this thread.

I have one. PM me your address and I'll send it to you. It's prewired to a different plug you'll have to cut off.

I can bring it to Bowling Green, if you're going
