need ideas

I'm running errands, hop in, turn the key and I get dash lights but no starter. really long story short, battery checks out good, new starter, new ignition switch, and I tear the console apart and put a jumper on the safety switch. I've checked all connections and fuses. What am I missing?

Put an amp meter in series with the S terminal on the starter and the purple wire and have an assistant try and start it with the key. See if it pulls any amps. If nothing then check your bulkhead connector under the master cylinder.

Can you jump start it at the starter solenoid using a remote starter switch or a screw driver... I have seen many new/reman starters have defective solenoids...

Are you getting power out of the ignition switch? If all of the connections between the switch and the starter are good, you are either not getting voltage from the switch or the starter solenoid is bad-out-of-the-box.
