Horn Help.

Hi All,
This is a pic of my steering wheel with the cover off and a metal ring that has 3 screws off also.
I bought a horn steering wheel fix kit that I saw here on a thread.
It has a pin, a spring and a black cap looking piece.

Can anyone tell me or show me what to do now?
Do I need to take off the wheel?

I know the horn works. A mechanic friend of mine got them working once.
Thanks,
BQ

Note the plastic tube poking through the steering wheel hub at about 11:00. The spring from the kit goes in that tube first, then the eyelet (large end down against the spring), then the small plastic collar that has a little nib on it. The nib fits into a slot in the plastic tube and with a quarter turn will hold the spring and eyelet in place. Now reinstall the horn contact ring, making sure the little metal "L" on the bottom of it contacts the tip of the eyelet that's poking up from the plastic tube. Snap on the horn cap and honk away.
