Horn Diagnosis....
Ok besides getting my tic toc tach, wipers, stereo and speedo working, I want to get the horn working. 
Every GM car I've had pop the hood and its staring you in the face. Not this one, 72 Cultass S. I can't even tell if I even have a horn. It looks like I have to take off the sheet metal on top of the radiator to get to where it should be. Is there an easier path to get to where they're supposed to be? All I got from the CSM trouble shooting was a flow chart. No diagrams are explanations how to get to it.

The horns should be on the radiator core support on the passenger side. They look like these.
