Heater Control Panel Light - 67 Cutlass

How do I replace the Heater Control Panel Light on a 67 Cutlass? (see area in red - bottom right of photo)
I would hate to pull and find out it's a twist. LOL

I'm guessing because the gray rubber is the reason that there feels like there is no give in it. I'll try it. Thanks!

Got it out. It wasn't gray rubber it was just oxidized metal bulb holder. I replaced the bulb with a LED version. It's the same bulb as in a Bosch Mini Gauge Set.
