Fuse Block/Box relocation
Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone has moved their fuse block?
I'm a big guy and the current location under the dash is a pain (literally) to access. I would love to move it to a easier access location like the glove compartment area.
I'm guessing I would need to patch in longer wires and match the gauges. I just wonder if anyone else has done this and if they have any tips or suggestions so I can avoid their mistakes.

If it's a pain to change a fuse, it'll be the...
Spanish Inquisition to move the whole fuse box.
I know of nobody who has done this, as it is entirely unnecessary and a tremendous amount of work.
I think the more important question would be:
Which circuit is malfunctioning, causing fuses to repeatedly blow, and how can you fix it?

Noooooobody wants a spanish inquisition.
Listen to Eric. You don't want to rewire all those circuits.
Best way to access fuse panel is to sit on the floor and reach in the car.
Or raise car and sit on mechanics stool.

I agree. It's not like the fuse box is where the ignition switch is. You don't have to get down under the dash every day or every time you get in the car. Yes, when you're troubleshooting an electrical problem, you may have to get under there more than a few times in a row, but for the most part, you never touch it.
I think you would cause yourself way more problems than you would solve if you tried this.
