Are the pins on the back of the fuel gauge available? Also can a gauge from a 70-73 be used in a 69 Cutlass, found this one for a 70-73

Really! Someone's yanking your chain. 68/69 are the same - mounting tabs are 90°, 70-72 are close to the same - different mounting tabs 180°, 73-77 are the same - different mounting tab positions. But 70-73 is wrong information.
