Fuel gauge bench check

Can anyone tell me the terminal layout on the back of a 67 fuel gauge. The car no longer has any factory wiring to reference.
no mater how I hook up 12V , Ground and sender I only get either full empty or full. Sender is set at 66 ohms currently so it should read something on scale. I have two gauges to reference and both ohm out the same between terminals. Thanks for any thoughts.

I believe 1 is 12v, 2 is the 0-90ohm sender, and 3 is chassis ground.

The one that makes it go empty is the sender wire. No connection defaults to over Full.

Well it’s solved and it was a doozy. Looking at my diagram for reference; 1 is sender, 2 is 12v switched and 3 is ground. However if you have a reproduction dash the silver coating is conductive! Since the mounting board is also the circuit board it nulls the sending unit signal. I cut the traces with a file and slipped some nylon washers between the board and dash and everything works correctly. I need a beer! 😁
