floor mount light switch

floor mount light switch

need a replacement for my 71 cutlass anybody know where i can pick one up from ? dont mine ordering online but prefer to pick one up locally if possible. i checked at the autoparts store but the 19 year o;d girl behind the counter was no help, are they the same for any gm in that year range? thanks

If your referring to the headlight dimmer switch they are the same for pretty much any year GM car with the dimmer on the floor.

You can find them at any of those places usually. When I go in I have learned to say it is for a 1970 F85 with a 7.2 liter engine and AC

It doesn't matter but the way their computer system is set up you have to follow their sorting method. When I say 442 with a 455 they look at me cross-eyed.

I'm guessing you meant 7.5 liter?
