My 1989 olds tornado torfeo,the dash cluster is going off and on. Could it be the BCM computoror the cluster it self? It's got a few codes that comes up.Could someone try to help me figure the problem out?

 

The Toronado Trofeos and Buick Reattas in the late 80s were notorious for problems with their electronic displays. If you have a check engine light I suggest you start there. If you don't have a Chilton's guide for your car I suggest you buy one. They are invaluable.
