72 Cutlass Dash lights console and tail lights not working
turn signals work I have tested all fuses and replaced the headlight switch can someone please help me with this?

This is a brute force electrical troubleshooting problem that requires hands on the car. You need to pull out the wiring diagram in your Chassis Service Manual and your VOM or test light. Look at the diagram and find wires that are common to the illumination circuit. Trace the wires until you find the problem. Look for other symptoms - for example, do the FRONT parking lights work or not? Do the tail lights work with the headlight switch in the parking light position as opposed to the headlight position?
And unless you have too much money, STOP randomly replacing parts until you find the problem.
