1997 Cutlass supreme
Hi there,

both my back brakes went out (my top bar still lights up) and we have checked every fuses, under the dash for the brake switch there and changed the bulbs. Dont know where to look next can someone give me any ideas please. Thanks in advance.

 

Have you checked for voltage at the brake light switch?

 

Do the turn signals work front and rear? Do the taillights and front parking lights work? Do the 4way emergency flashers work?

Try turning the emergency flashers on and then turning them off making sure the switch is in the completely off/full out position.
