Arrow Battery Cable Question - Trying To Save The Original Ones On A 70 442

I believe my cables are original. The negative has that strange 90 deg. angle on the terminal and the positive is red with that black tar paper tubing around the lower end. They do not have any part numbers on them - is this correct? Also the positive battery terminal has been replaced. Has anyone ever tried getting the OE terminal reinstalled.? Who might have the equipment to do this?

Not sure about '70, but I have some '71-'72 original cables & they have part numbers on them. I would think '70 would also, as there were different lengths due to engine & trans options?
