72 cutlass Re-wire
I don't have a shop suggestion but if all you're looking to have done is the straight replacement of OEM harnesses, that's not a horrible job to do yourself, and the money you save will be pretty sizable - repro harnesses are available throughout the entire car and are all basically plug and play.
the longest I spent on any 1 harness for my '72 Cutlass ragtop was about 6 hours (dash harness)
just a thought

tagging on the previous post. I did all the harnesses myself (but have not done the dash yet) on a 1971. It was not hard, and just remember to do one connection at a time, (remove the old, that put on the new). The harnesses were pretty exact and came from M&H fabricators.
yes, M&H is excellent - American Auto Wire is another repro vendor whom also makes a great product.
M&H has fantastic customer service - they'll spend time on phone as needed working you through a problem or providing install instructions.
Year One sells M&H harnesses and typically includes them in their sales, there's a 30% sale going on right now thru the weekend I believe.
Dash Harness is the largest one in the car - I simply marked all of the connectors ahead of time to simplify the install once the old one was out - hardest thing about the whole job was removing the original harness - on your Cutlass (assuming same as my '72), part of it was routed through space gaps between the dash face and metal frame work, so it took a bit of patience to feed it through the available spaces for removal
