72 Cutlass cont motor switch

Any advice on easy way to access this rocker switch for replacement? Tried removing round gauge above but access through that hole is limited at best. Hard metal bracing underneath does not look easy for access either.. Does the template the switches are attached to ( long rectangular piece) is it removable? Newbie so any help would be appreciative.
Thanks

Easiest way I found is to remove all 3 gauges. I reach in from the far right hole with a little 1/4 ratchet in my right hand. reach into the left hole with my left hand to hold/guide the ratchet into place. The heads of the screws are 1/4 and I believe there are only 2 that hold it in. They are diagonal from each other. After you get it unpluged just feel around for the screws or use a mirror to locate them.

Thanks. Got it out.. A few mental gymnastics with the mirror, once I popped the hard wire off the switch the nut was exposed for a good grip by the ratchet.. As long as I have gauges out maybe a tic tack tock will magically appear in my garage........
