just got this car besides dome light and dash lights is there any other lights like under dash lights, my 68 Cutlass has 2 lights under dash to light up floor and i do not see rthem on this car.

The courtesy light option came with about a dozen different lights. Some of those include a glove box light, mirror light, under hood light, trunk light, 2 foot well lights, 2 extra lights & an extra blue lens over the windshield wiper area, plus a few more. If you don't see any of the lights in the list above, you can probably safely say your car did not come with that option. BUT, I have any/all parts if you did want to add that option to your car.

I have the standard dash lights , but it seems it does not have footwell lights as i thought this would be standard. No mirror light , glove box light . It would be nice to add these options?

Unlike my 68 convert which has rear armrest panel lights, footwell lights.
