Hi, The AM/FM radio in my 70 442 is scratchy,hard to tune and is intermttent. If you tap the face it may work better for a while. Does anyone have any recomendation for a repair shop that does restoration work on radios. There seems to be a lot of them out there and looking for a decent one. Thanks Steve

 

Try www.turnswitch.com. They can restore it or convert it to modern internals without changing the exterior appearance. They also sell the 8-10 ohm speakers you need to use with your factory radio.
