Hi, can someone direct me in the right direction 🙂
can anyone tell me the orange wire connector hanging at my fuse? What it for and where does it connect to? Need some help.

The orange wire under the dash is a constant 12V source wire. The luxury level of your vehicle will have something to do with where yours attaches. It may be a feed wire that needs to be connected to the fuse panel or it could be an unused connector for something that your car doesn't have. A picture would help to determine which it is and maybe what it is supposed to be connected to.

A photo would help us tell if this is a factory wire or someone's addition.

That is a pigtail for add-on accessories. It currently doesn't go to anything. It can be used for aftermarket accessories such as power feed for a digital stereo, a small amplifier, or some other such device that needs constant power. Otherwise, nothing to worry about.
